First of all I want to THANK each and every reader who is reading this - with that said I would like to tell you a little about myself.

I was born and raised in Colorado to two wonderful Christian parents. My passion for reading and writing came at an early age when I was in elementary school writing short stories. I acclaim all gifts to be from God, my aspiring grandmother (who was a teacher), and my loving mother. If it wasn’t for the encouragement from my mama, “Dare Me…” would never have been born. Why I say that? It is because in 1986 my mother was dying of cancer and I had a blood clot and we were both hospitalized together (by the grace of God) in the same room for two weeks. My time with my mama was precious to me, but during our stay I had read her a novel from one of my favorite authors. When I had finished reading it to her, literally to my surprise, she uttered these encouraging words, “Cari, you can do this…”

With our remaining time together in the hospital, I began telling her some of my ideas and “Dare Me…” began to form.

I’m still married to my high school sweetheart of 33 years and we were blessed with three ddgb’s – meaning drop dead gorgeous boys! I’ve always said I would write three novels, one for each son as a starting point. I’m diligently writing my second novel as you are reading these words. Who knows…I might have to write three more novels… one for each of my beautiful grandbabies.

The thrill of this adventure lets me know that the possibilities are endless, and dreams and visions from God are limitless.

My goal in writing is to make my readers feel a sense of joy, a sense of laughter, a sense of anger, but if I can touch your heart and make you cry…I’ve done my job. My main wish for you is to feel an array of many emotions and for you to enjoy the ride.

God bless each and every one of you.

Fondly,

Cari Lynn
